"Living on Less" - a free workshop series runs again this fall

GUELPH, Ontario - "Living on Less" is a free 7-week program helping people live on less income and reduce their environmental footprint. The autumn 2013 session will start Monday, October 21st at 9:30 a.m. for refreshments, with the program at 10:00-noon. It runs weekly at St. James the Apostle Church (Paisley and Glasgow) through Monday, December 2nd. It is co-sponsored by the Guelph Wellington Men’s Club, and St. James the Apostle Anglican Church.

Running since 2009, participants in Living On Less will develop their own spending plan and live on less with confidence. Topics to be addressed are managing your money, living within our financial and our environmental means, eating on much less, keeping healthy and finding housing, employment and transportation, growing your own herbs and connecting with nature.
